HISTORY
Pasta & Vino was founded in 2018
by Regina and Luciano Pessina, Italian chef with more than 40 years of gastronomy.
The idea was to open in a simple and modest space, which combined excellence and simplicity in a surprising menu.
In a tiled room in Copacabana, the place won over the neighborhood and began to enchant tourists from all over the world with its authentic fresh pasta.

by Luciano and Regina Pessina, an Italian-Brazilian couple in love
for Italian cuisine
From Milan, Chef Luciano has
more than 40 years of gastronomy,
